On December 5, we’ll make trees that are perfect as a St. Nicholas Day gift,
and on December 23, we’ll create ones that will look beautiful on your Christmas table or make a lovely present just before the holidays.

During the workshop, you will assemble your own bento tree, learn how to work with cream, build layers, decorate and give your cake a clean, elegant winter look. Each cake will be unique — from classic to more modern styles.
