How Does the Workshop Work?

• Sculpting

We’ll start with the basics – shaping your piece from clay. You can make anything you like: a mug, plate, vase, figurine, or a decorative home accent. Our instructor will guide you through essential techniques to bring your idea to life.

• Engobe Painting

Once your piece takes shape, it’s time for magic – decorating with engobe pigments. These natural colors create soft and delicate hues, allowing you to add beautiful details and patterns.

• Firing & Glazing

After the workshop, your creation will go through two kiln firings – the first for durability and the second after applying a clear glaze, which will give your piece a glossy, finished look.

• Receiving Your Final Piece

Your finished ceramic artwork will be ready for pickup in about a month. We’ll notify you when it’s ready!
